Executive Administrative Assistant
An Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Executive Director while working remotely. This will require support on the administrative side of ramp construction to keep the organization running smoothly. There will be some interaction with applicants or those wanting information.
The purpose this role will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and the Executive Commitee.
SUPERVISED AND SUPPORTED BY: Executive Director
DUTIES:

Provide customer service as first point of contact.

Review online ramp applications for completeness upon receipt.

Contact applicants for missing information or for application clarity.

Notify Validators through BuilderTrend application is ready for assessment.

File documents and records in online project management system (BuilderTrend).

Signed waivers and HOA/Landowner approvals
-
Validation reports
-

Notify Operations Administrative Assistant through BuilderTrend that project is “Ready to Schedule” when projects have received final approval from Executive Director.

Assist with correspondence and mailings.
-
Check PO Box for mail.

Other administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Familiarity with all processes within the administration phase of workflow.

Experience using software such as Word or Excel and online apps like Zoom

Strong communication skills

Experience with the Internet and a reliable connection

TIME COMMITMENT REQUIRED:

5-7 hours per week

Work can be performed from home.

Training will be provided in the use of the project management system, BuilderTrend, which receives online applications.
